I worked on the design and UI/UX of this app and the website for this project, I used Figma to develop a prototype which we used to scale the web app.
Research
The Rise of Remote Work: The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of remote work. Research showed that remote teams faced challenges related to communication, collaboration, and maintaining a sense of connection. As a result, there was a growing need for digital tools like TeamSpark to facilitate remote team collaboration.
Emotional Intelligence in Communication: Research highlighted the importance of emotional intelligence in team communication. Teams with higher emotional intelligence were found to have improved trust, better conflict resolution, and higher overall satisfaction, emphasizing the importance of emotionally intelligent chat features in collaboration tools.
