Cautionary Tales for Children
In this brief, we re-designed the poetry book Cautionary Tales For Children. I had the joy of bringing the pages to life with whimsical, bright characters (some of whom would have benefitted from a cautionary tale or two) and detailed architectural backgrounds with a group of 4 other illustrators. Below are my three pages of illustrations and the group-designed cover.
Cover Design
As the book was co-designed we wanted the cover to be a peek into the diversity of styles to be seen in the book. Each section of the tear on the cover needed to be vibrant and contrasting.
